Insight #1

Hybrid employees positively evaluated the efficiency of information exchange within their teams.
but
Those working fully remotely and those working fully from the office had significantly higher scores.

Insight #2

81% of employees feel informed about the company's situation in real time.
but
In the previous survey, the percentage was 88%, and in an even earlier one, it was 90%. Despite the high score, the survey indicates that the company's situation is steadily deteriorating.

Insight #3

Members of one team rated their level of work-life balance highly.
but
Across the organization, the level, work-life balance was rated very high. The situation in the team was therefore clearly worse than in most other teams.

One in four company employees (27%) regularly feels overwhelmed by work.
but
A year earlier, one in three employees (33%) reported the problem, and two years earlier, almost one in two (43%).

Insight #5

One of the surveyed teams rated their company's level of innovation as medium.
but
Nearly 40% of team members rated their company's innovation as low or very low. The average score was the result of a wide divergence of opinion within the team

Insight #6

Most of the employees surveyed positively evaluated the relationships, prevailing between people from different teams in the company.
but
Employees with more than 10 years of service evaluated the relationship noticeably worse. They were a small group, so their dissatisfaction was not apparent from the perspective of the company's overall performance
